Redact-It can be easily integrated into any content management or other system. Whether you use an intelligent capture application like Kofax or use only electronic documents, Redact-It makes the perfect redaction solution.
Intelligent Capture
Redact-It for Kofax works from within the Acsent Capture application to provide convenient zone-based redaction. Redact-it can release both unredacted and redacted versions of the file to the repository or other specified locations.
ECM System/Repository
Redact-It Enterprise Server can automatically redact files on-demand as part of a workflow process. Redacted versions are checked back into the repository (or simply saved to the file system). Redact-It can even create redacted renditions based on user role or permissions. For example, if an accounting user requests a file view, they will see a different redacted version than a user in Customer Service.
Directory Monitoring
Redact-It Enterprise Server can also be set up to simply monitor a directory tree for new files to process. It will create a mirrored directory tree with the newly redacted renditions.
